In the words of the designer:

• "I wanted to capture the spirit of the party and carnival that the Hispanic community brings to the games. The music, the colors, and the diversity of people of the supporters section. This central dancer/murga player embodies the spirit of joy and passion that the latino supporters bring to the game. Behind her is the whole city of St. Louis, people who love soccer and their community. They represent people of multiple colors and background who make up our city and our soccer community."
